At Leggiva™, we are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. We ship directly from our centralized fulfillment centers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Since our 3D Sculpt Leggings are in high demand and often made to ensure the highest quality control, please allow this transit time for your order to arrive.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via the courier's tracking portal.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Leggiva™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for standard orders within the UK, additional fees are rarely applicable.

Damages and Lost Packages
Leggiva™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package is lost in transit due to a courier error and the tracking status does not show "Delivered", please contact us, and we will offer a replacement free of charge.

Incorrect Address
Leggiva™ is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
